Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations (wiring, switches, lighting, outlets, etc.).
Troubleshoot electrical issues and resolve them promptly.
Install and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, faucets, water heaters, and drainage systems.
Repair and maintain plumbing fixtures and ensure water flow systems are functioning properly.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Respond to emergency electrical and plumbing issues.
Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance tasks.
Conduct routine inspections of electrical and plumbing systems to ensure proper functionality.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Certification in electrical or plumbing work preferred).
Proven experience as an electrician and plumber.
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
