Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in design development and documentation (experience in hospitality, F&B, or residential projects preferred).


Technical Skills

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp + V-Ray for modeling and photorealistic rendering.

Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction detailing.

Design & Coordination

Ability to develop concept designs, mood boards, and schematic presentations.

Experience in design documentation, and site coordination.

Strong eye for aesthetics, proportions, and spatial quality.

Able to collaborate effectively with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.


Soft Skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Passionate about design and willing to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
