👩‍💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Make outbound calls to potential clients and candidates across Gulf region
Promote our recruitment and HR consultancy services
Generate new business leads and maintain client relationships
Follow up with existing clients for repeat business
Coordinate with the team for candidate placements
Maintain professional communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs


🎯 IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Must Have:

Female candidate, locally available in Bahrain (Mandatory)
Excellent English & Hindi communication skills (Spoken & Written)
Smart, proactive, and self-motivated personality
Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills
Target-oriented mindset with go-getter attitude
Computer literacy (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business)

Preferred:

Previous experience in recruitment consultancy (Highly Preferred)
Knowledge of Gulf recruitment market
Experience in B2B sales or telecalling
Understanding of various job sectors and industries
