Job Description:
We are looking for a Site Coordinator (Non-Technical) to monitor and coordinate laborers working on the project site. This role does not require engineering knowledge but requires strong supervision, communication, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control laborers during working hours
- Ensure workers follow site rules, instructions, and schedules
- Act as a communication link between management and laborers
- Report daily attendance, progress, and issues
- Maintain order, discipline, and proper conduct on site
- Ensure basic safety practices are followed

Requirements:
- Must be able to speak and understand English
- No engineering degree required
- Previous experience in labor supervision or site coordination preferred
- Strong communication and people-management skills
- Responsible, firm, and organized

Salary: To be discussed during interview

Note: This is a non-technical supervisory role focused on coordination and labor management.
