???? Job Scope
The Production Engineer will oversee and optimize production activities related to substation systems, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety protocols, and project timelines. The role demands hands-on leadership, coordination with cross-functional teams, and precision in execution.

???? Duties & Responsibilities
Lead production planning and execution for substation-related components and systems
Ensure adherence to engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to resolve technical bottlenecks
Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement
Prepare and maintain detailed production reports and documentation
Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities as required

???? Experience & Education Criteria
Minimum 12 years of experience in production engineering, with a strong focus on substation projects
Must hold a valid Siemens certification relevant to production or substation systems
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred)
Prior experience in GCC energy projects is an added advantage

Strong understanding of substation design, manufacturing, and installation workflows
Proficiency in production planning tools and ERP systems
Excellent communication and team coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
