Job Summary:
The Admin cum Reservation Agent will handle administrative tasks while assisting clients with reservations and bookings. The role requires excellent organizational skills, customer service, and attention to detail to ensure smooth office operations and a positive experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle reservations and bookings for clients via phone, email, or online platforms.

Maintain and update reservation records, schedules, and client information accurately.

Provide administrative support, including filing, documentation, and office correspondence.

Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide information on services, availability, and pricing.

Coordinate with internal departments (housekeeping, finance, transport, etc.) to ensure seamless service.

Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and payment tracking.

Maintain office supplies and assist in general office management tasks.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.

Requirements:

Proven experience in administration, reservations, or customer service.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and reservation software.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

Experience in the hospitality, travel, or service industry.

Knowledge of international reservations and payment procedures.
