Job Summary:

The Jewelery Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire jewelery manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality production, efficient operations, and timely delivery. This role manages teams, materials, workflow, and quality standards from design handover to final product.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily production operations in the Jewelery workshop/factory.
Plan and control production schedules to meet deadlines.
Supervise craftsmen, setters, polishers, casters, and technicians.
Ensure quality standards for gold, diamonds, and gemstones are met.
Control gold usage, wastage, and recovery.
Coordinate with design, sales, and procurement departments.
Monitor repairs, remakes, and custom orders.
Maintain production reports and inventory records.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Ensure health, safety, and compliance in the workshop.

Requirements:

Proven experience in jewelery production (5+ years preferred).
Strong knowledge of gold, gemstones, casting, setting, and polishing.
Leadership and team management skills.
Ability to plan production and control costs.
Attention to detail and quality control mindset.
Experience with ERP or production tracking systems is a plus.
