Description

Request the immediate recruitment of two Senior Fitters, below requirement and duties:

Key Technical Requirements:
• Pumps & Gearboxes: Expert-level experience in repairing, overhauling, and troubleshooting all types of industrial pumps and gearboxes.
• Valve Maintenance: Proficiency in the repair and pressure testing of various valve types.
• Laser Alignment: Proven expertise in precision laser alignment for motor and pump configurations.
• Mechanical Seals: Specialized knowledge in the handling, removal, and installation of various mechanical seal types and assemblies.
• Troubleshooting: Ability to perform root-cause analysis on equipment failures and vibration issues.
• Tools & Measurements: Expertise in using precision measuring instruments (Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, Dial Indicators
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals & cross-sectional drawings.

Experience & Education Requirements
• Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a certified Trade Apprenticeship in Fitter/Millwright mechanics.
• Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years of hands-on experience in a heavy industrial environment (e.g., Oil & Gas, Power Plant, or Manufacturing).
• Safety: Strong knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and industrial safety standards
