Description

We’re looking for an organized and motivated individual seeking a rewarding career as a Construction Photographer. The ideal candidate has a background in construction, the technical aptitude to learn our specialized visual documentation services, and a commitment to professionalism and customer service. Basic photography skills are preferred but not required, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality photographs and visual documentation of construction progress across commercial and residential sites in Bahrain using digital photography, 360 cameras, webcams, and other reality capture technologies
Read and interpret construction floor plans and drawings accurately
Navigate construction sites safely while maintaining steady and precise visual capture
Organize construction documentation, CAD files, and project information under the guidance of the Operations Manager
Communicate professionally with project personnel and identify opportunities to provide additional documentation services
Produce daily reports and relay information to the Operations Manager
Perform regular quality assurance checks and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
Assist with project scheduling and overall workflow management
Maintain a professional appearance and act as a representative of Multivista on-site

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or related fields; on-site experience highly preferred
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently while collaborating with a team
Comfortable navigating construction sites and exposed to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions
Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs, occasionally climbing stairs
Computer proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD, Illustrator, or other construction software is a plus
