Description

Key Responsibilities

•Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works in buildings
•Perform basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil maintenance tasks
•Attend and resolve tenant maintenance complaints in a timely manner
•Inspect buildings, equipment, and facilities to identify repair needs
•Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when required
•Ensure proper functioning of lighting, water systems, AC units, pumps, and fixtures
•Maintain records of maintenance activities and work orders
•Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

•Diploma / ITI / Technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil field
•Proven experience in building maintenance (residential or commercial)
•Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil works
•Ability to work independently and handle multiple maintenance tasks
•Good communication skills
•Experience in Bahrain or GCC is preferred
