Urgently Hiring: Head Chef / Central Kitchen Manager – Hamala, Bahrain
We are hiring an experienced Head Chef / Central Kitchen Manager to lead a high-volume central kitchen operation for a rice-focused restaurant brand in Bahrain.
This business operates 10 branches across Bahrain and also handles large catering orders. The Head Chef will manage the full daily workflow from the central kitchen and supervise a team of 40 employees.
Location: Central Kitchen – Hamala, Bahrain
Employment Type: Full-time
Main Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise 40 kitchen employees
• Ensure high food quality standards and consistent output
• Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene across the entire kitchen
• Handle large-scale production and high-volume daily orders
• Ensure smooth operational flow and strong team discipline
• Organize and manage order dispatch from the central kitchen to all branches
• Maintain strong production timing to support branch operations and catering deliveries
Requirements:
• Proven experience as Head Chef / Central Kitchen Chef / Kitchen Operations Manager
• Strong leadership skills and ability to control a large team
• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
• Experience handling high-volume production kitchens is required
• Strong focus on cleanliness, organization, and consistency
• Owner needs to depend on the chef for full operational stability (critical role)

مطلوب شيف تنفيذي / مدير مطبخ مركزي ذو خبرة لإدارة مطبخ مركزي عالي الإنتاجية لمطعم متخصص في أطباق الأرز فقط.
المطعم لديه 10 فروع في البحرين بالإضافة إلى خدمة الكاترينج، وسيكون الشيف مسؤولاً عن إدارة التشغيل الكامل من المطبخ المركزي والإشراف على 40 موظف.
الموقع: المطبخ المركزي – الهملة، البحرين
نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل
المهام الرئيسية:
• إدارة والإشراف على فريق عمل مكوّن من 40 موظف
• ضمان جودة عالية وثبات في مستوى الطعام
• الالتزام بنظافة عالية ومعايير سلامة غذائية صارمة
• التعامل مع كميات إنتاج كبيرة وطلبات يومية عالية
• ضمان انسيابية التشغيل والتنظيم والانضباط داخل المطبخ
• تنظيم وإدارة تجهيز وإرسال الطلبات من المطبخ المركزي إلى الفروع
• إدارة الوقت لضمان تسليم الطلبات للفروع والكاترينج في الوقت المطلوب
الشروط:
• خبرة مثبتة كشيف تنفيذي أو مدير مطبخ مركزي أو مدير عمليات مطبخ
• قدرة قوية على القيادة والتحكم بفريق كبير
• مهارات ممتازة في إدارة الوقت والعمل تحت الضغط
• خبرة في مطابخ الإنتاج العالي مطلوبة
