Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales cum Technical Hydraulic Troubleshooter who can handle both technical service support and sales activities related to hydraulic systems. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on technical knowledge along with the ability to develop customer relationships and generate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic systems and components

Provide on-site technical support and problem-solving for clients

Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable hydraulic solutions

Promote and sell hydraulic products, spare parts, and services

Prepare technical and commercial quotations

Follow up with customers for sales leads, service feedback, and repeat business

Coordinate with workshop and service teams for repairs and installations

Maintain service reports, sales records, and customer documentation

Requirements:

Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical / Hydraulic Engineering (preferred)

Proven experience in hydraulic systems troubleshooting and repair

Basic to good knowledge of hydraulic sales and customer handling

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and visit client sites

Valid driving license (preferred)

Hydraulic system analysis and fault diagnosis

Time management and reporting skills
