We are seeking a Production Controller to join our growing sweets production unit. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in chocolate making, strong knowledge of quality control standards, and proven ability to supervise a team in a busy production environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the sweets production unit
- Supervise staff and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain strict quality control and hygiene standards
- Develop and improve chocolate and confectionery recipes
- Monitor production efficiency and minimize wastage

🎯 Requirements:

- Experience in chocolate making and confectionery production
- Knowledge of food safety and quality control procedures
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
