Description

We are looking for a skilled Freelance Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to work on a project-based, per-video basis.

The role involves editing raw instructional and coaching videos (primarily ten-pin bowling content, but not limited to sports) and transforming them into professional, structured, and visually engaging educational videos.

This is not casual social media editing. The content is technical, instructional, and elite-level, requiring clean visuals, clarity, and attention to detail.

We currently have 70+ videos ready and are looking to build a long-term collaboration with the right editor.

Key Responsibilities
• Edit raw instructional videos into polished final outputs
• Add on-screen text, captions, and technical notes
• Create simple drawings, diagrams, arrows, and visual cues
• Design and apply consistent templates (text, overlays, layouts)
• Create intro and outro templates for the video series
• Improve and balance audio quality (voice clarity, noise reduction)
• Maintain a clean, professional, educational look
• Follow provided structure and coaching direction precisely

Required Skills
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
• Motion graphics / visual overlays (simple, clean, instructional style)
• Experience adding text, annotations, diagrams, and structured layouts
• Good sense of pacing and educational storytelling
• Ability to work independently while following clear instructions
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
