Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator with experience in Bahrain government-related HR activities to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and act as a liaison with government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle HR administrative duties including employee records, contracts, and documentation

Manage government-related activities such as LMRA, SIO, CPR, visa processing, work permits, and renewals

Coordinate with relevant Bahrain government entities and ensure timely submissions

Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

Maintain HR databases and filing systems accurately

Support payroll inputs and attendance records

Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and company policies

Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support

Prepare HR reports and correspondence as required

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role

Hands-on experience with Bahrain government portals and procedures (LMRA, SIO, etc.)

Prior work experience in Bahrain is mandatory

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Good knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law

Ability to multitask and work independently

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

HR certification or relevant diploma/degree

Experience in a fast-paced or multi-national environment
