Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IGCSE English Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction in line with the Cambridge curriculum. The successful candidate will support students in developing strong language, literature, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver IGCSE English Language and/or Literature lessons

• Plan lessons aligned with Cambridge assessment objectives

• Prepare students for IGCSE examinations

• Assess, track, and report on student progress

• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs

• Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment

• Participate in curriculum planning and school activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English or Education (English specialization)

• Teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent preferred)

• Minimum 2–3 years of IGCSE or Cambridge curriculum experience

• Strong understanding of Cambridge assessment criteria

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills

• Eligibility to work in Bahrain
