Description

Core Responsibilities
Sanitation & Hygiene: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in lobbies, corridors, and offices. Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
Waste Management: Empty trash bins, replace liners, and manage the disposal of waste or debris to designated areas.
General Labour: Move or lift heavy furniture, supplies, and equipment. Assist in unloading deliveries and organizing storage rooms.
Minor Maintenance: Perform basic repairs such as unclogging sinks, replacing light bulbs, or fixing minor plumbing leaks.
Exterior Upkeep: Clean building entrances and parking areas. Depending on the season, this may include sweeping walkways or clearing snow.
Stock Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies (soap, paper towels) and report when inventory is low.
