Description

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the labor camp

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of rooms and common areas

Maintain room allocation, occupancy, and camp records

Enforce camp rules and maintain discipline

Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security staff

Address worker issues and accommodation-related complaints

Ensure compliance with LMRA and local authority regulations

Prepare daily and monthly camp reports

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Camp Supervisor / Camp Boss

Experience handling labor accommodation

Basic knowledge of MS Office and record keeping

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage large groups of workers

Preferred Candidate Profile

Indian nationality

GCC experience preferred but not mandatory
