Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Civil Supervisor with a BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering to supervise and coordinate site construction activities. The candidate will ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities on site

Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications

Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site staff

Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage

Ensure quality control and HSE compliance

Assist in site measurements and quantity verification

Prepare daily progress reports

Resolve site-related technical and execution issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory) & no Diploma Holder

Minimum 3–7 years of site experience as a Civil Supervisor

Strong knowledge of building and civil construction works

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Good leadership and site coordination skills

Proficiency in MS Office

Good communication skills in English
