We are seeking an exceptional Head Pastry Chef to lead our fast-growing, premium bakery brand. This is a senior role for a true professional with deep technical skills and leadership experience.

Key Requirements

✔️ Expert knowledge in Baklawa (traditional & modern)
✔️ Strong mastery of croissants, laminated doughs, and viennoiserie
✔️ Professional experience in artisan bread production
✔️ High-level pastry skills (cakes, desserts, plated & retail pastries)
✔️ Proven ability to lead, train, and manage a team of 15 chefs
✔️ Strong production planning & consistency control
✔️ Experience in high-volume, premium production environments
✔️ Passion for quality, precision, and innovation

• Oversee all pastry, bakery & dessert production
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15 chefs
• Maintain exceptional quality, taste, and presentation standards
• Develop new products and improve existing recipes
• Ensure hygiene, food safety & operational excellence
• Work closely with management on growth and scaling
