Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day civil works such as excavation, concreting, block work, plastering, and finishing

Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications

Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and workers

Monitor manpower productivity and material usage

Ensure quality control and safety compliance at site

Inspect completed works and rectify defects

Maintain daily work reports and site records

Follow project schedule and meet deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

BE/B.TECH in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor

Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials

Ability to read and understand construction drawings

Experience in building, villa, or commercial projects

Good leadership and supervision skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

GCC experience preferred but not mandatory

Indian nationality acceptable

Ability to manage multiple teams and site activities

Good communication skills in English
