Key Responsibilities

Assist in quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings

Support preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets

Help in preparing interim valuations and payment certificates

Assist with variation orders and claims documentation

Coordinate with site engineers for work progress and measurements

Maintain cost records and project documentation

Support material reconciliation and cost control activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering

1–3 years of experience in quantity surveying or site engineering

Basic knowledge of BOQs, measurements, and cost control

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

Ability to read and understand construction drawings

Good communication skills in English

Preferred Candidate Profile

GCC experience preferred but not mandatory

Indian nationality acceptable

Willing to learn and work under guidance

Experience in building or villa projects is an advantage
