Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing project schedules and work programs

Update and monitor project progress on a regular basis

Support preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports

Coordinate with site engineers for activity updates

Track manpower, material, and equipment utilization

Assist in delay analysis and recovery planning

Maintain planning documents and records

Support preparation of cash flow and look-ahead schedules

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

1–3 years of experience in planning / site engineering

Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

Ability to understand construction drawings and schedules

Good communication skills in English

Preferred Candidate Profile

GCC experience preferred but not mandatory

Indian nationality acceptable

Willing to learn and grow in planning discipline

Able to work under guidance and meet deadlines
