Key Responsibilities

Conduct land, topographic, and construction surveys

Perform setting out for buildings, roads, and infrastructure works

Operate surveying instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS

Verify levels, alignments, and dimensions during construction

Prepare and maintain survey records, reports, and drawings

Coordinate with site engineers and project managers

Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards

Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Land Surveying or Civil Engineering

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor

Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, and leveling instruments

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage

Good communication skills in English

Preferred Candidate Profile

Indian nationality

GCC experience preferred but not mandatory

Ability to work independently on site

Physically fit and willing to work outdoors
