Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare 2D / 3D drawings using AutoCAD or similar software

Develop shop drawings, layouts, and as-built drawings

Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams

Revise drawings based on site changes and instructions

Maintain drawing records and document control

Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards

Assist with quantity take-offs and basic measurements if required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Drafting / Civil Engineering / Architecture

Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Draftsman

Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage)

Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing

Attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication skills in English

Preferred Candidate Profile

Indian nationality

Experience in building, villa, or commercial projects
