Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day camp operations and administration

Supervise camp staff including cleaners, cooks, and security

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained

Monitor accommodation facilities, utilities, and maintenance issues

Maintain camp records, occupancy lists, and worker details

Coordinate with HR and site management for manpower movement

Ensure discipline and handle worker grievances at camp

Manage distribution of meals, uniforms, and camp supplies

Ensure compliance with labor laws and camp regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Camp Boss / Camp Supervisor

Experience managing labor camps / worker accommodation

Good leadership, supervision, and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of camp management, housekeeping, and safety

Ability to maintain records and prepare basic reports

Good communication skills in English (Hindi/other languages an advantage)
