Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise finishing works including plastering, painting, tiling, gypsum, marble, and joinery

Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and quality standards

Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and site engineers

Monitor work progress and productivity of workers

Inspect completed works and rectify defects

Ensure proper use of materials and tools

Maintain daily work reports and progress updates

Enforce safety rules and site discipline

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Finishing Supervisor

Strong knowledge of building finishing materials and methods

Ability to read and understand construction drawings

Experience in residential, commercial, or villa projects

Good leadership and supervision skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

Indian nationality

GCC experience preferred but not mandatory

Ability to handle multiple teams and deadlines

Good communication skills in English (Hindi/other languages an advantage)
