We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Designer cum Estimation to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare fit-out design drawings (concept & detailed)
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates & quantity take-offs
• Coordinate with site team, suppliers & subcontractors
• Material selection and specification
• Support project execution within budget

Requirements:
• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum experience in fit-out projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (3D software is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of local market materials & pricing
