Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise day-to-day site construction activities

Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors

Ensure work execution complies with approved drawings and specifications

Plan and monitor project schedules and site progress

Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals

Monitor quality control and ensure safety compliance on site

Control manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently

Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues

Prepare progress reports and attend coordination meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in construction projects

Strong knowledge of building and civil construction methods

Experience in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Office; basic planning knowledge is an advantage

GCC experience preferred

Indian nationality acceptable

Strong site management and team leadership ability

Capable of handling projects independently
