Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and BOQs

Measure quantities from drawings and specifications

Support cost estimation and budget preparation

Assist in preparing interim valuations and payment certificates

Help in monitoring project costs and variations

Assist in preparing material reconciliation statements

Coordinate with site engineers for measurement verification

Maintain cost records and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying

1–2 years of experience in quantity surveying (construction)

Basic knowledge of BOQ preparation and measurement methods

Ability to read and understand construction drawings

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
