Helpers Construction is seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Helper to assist skilled tradespeople and supervisors on job sites. The ideal candidate will support daily construction activities, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and help ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled workers

Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools

Prepare and clean job sites before and after work

Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision

Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete or mortar

Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times

Perform general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors
