Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and workforce (supervisors, foremen, workers)
• Coordinate manpower, materials, machinery, and transportation
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and material usage
• Attend and resolve site issues, including leakage and complaints
• Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, and clients
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and QA/QC standards
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports, documentation, and progress updates
• Assist with invoicing, payment certificates, and completion documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction / waterproofing projects
• Strong leadership and site management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site priorities

Preferred Skills:

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
•Team-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach
