Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute waterproofing and civil works at project sites
• Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure QA/QC compliance
• Ensure site safety standards and best practices are followed
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants and clients
• Prepare daily progress reports, technical documentation, and cost tracking
• Resolve technical and execution issues on site

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of civil and waterproofing works
• Ability to manage site teams and multiple project activities
• Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
• Experience in project planning and coordination
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
