Position: Strategic Personal Brand and LinkedIn Content Manager (CEO, GRC/Fintech Focus)

Axipro is a dynamic GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) consulting firm focused on simplifying complex standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, QMS/HSE) for high-growth tech companies, often leveraging tools like Drata, Notion, and n8n for automation.

The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic social media manager to handle the personal brand presence. This is not just a scheduling role; you will be responsible for translating high-level business strategy and GRC/Fintech expertise into compelling, consistent content across LinkedIn

Goal: Position the CEO as a recognized Thought Leader in the intersection of Compliance, AI Automation, and Executive Leadership (The 'Shield' Philosophy).

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Content Planning (Weekly/Monthly):
• Work directly with the CEO to extract and distill core ideas, business insights, and GRC/automation opinions into clear content themes.
• Develop a consistent weekly content calendar for LinkedIn (3-5 high-value posts per week).

2. Content Creation & Copywriting:
• Draft engaging, high-quality, short-form copy for LinkedIn posts (text-only, carousels, and image posts) that reflect the CEO's unique voice and expertise.
• Ensure content is relevant to key audiences: VCs, CISOs, CFOs, and GRC Managers.
• Repurpose key insights from Axipro's internal policy documents, blog posts, and external news into accessible social content.

3. Visual Asset Management:
• Coordinate the creation of simple, high-impact visuals (e.g., pricing matrix graphics, simple charts, or AI avatar videos) to accompany content.
• Maintain a consistent visual brand identity for the CEO's profile.

4. Community Engagement:
• Monitor comments, engage with responses, and identify opportunities for the CEO to join relevant industry conversations (e.g., commenting on posts by Drata, SOC 2 auditors, or major VCs).

5. Performance Tracking:
• Provide weekly reports on key metrics (Impressions, Engagement Rate, Follower Growth) and relate these back to business goals (e.g., "Which content theme generated the most qualified lead traffic?").

Required Skills & Experience:
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn as a professional publishing platform.
• Exceptional English copywriting skills with a proven ability to capture and maintain a consistent executive voice (professional yet conversational).
• Must have familiarity with the B2B/Fintech/GRC space. Understanding terms like SOC 2, ISO 27001, Drata, and automation is a huge advantage.
• Experience in social listening and community management.
• Proficiency with basic visual content tools (Canva, etc.).
