We are looking for a smart, energetic Bartender / Bar Staff to join our restaurant team.If you enjoy working with people, have a flair for service, and want to be part of a lively, professional environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Role

You will be in charge of our bar area, serving soft drinks, juices, mocktails, and other beverages to guests. You may also handle related food items like snacks, desserts, and drinks that go with meals. Your main goal is to provide excellent service and ensure every guest has a great experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet guests and take drink orders with a friendly attitude
• Prepare and serve soft drinks, juices, mocktails, and other beverages
• Handle basic bar tasks like mixing drinks, garnishing, and keeping the bar area clean
• Operate the POS system, process payments (cash, card, digital), and manage cash responsibly
• Keep the bar, glasses, equipment, and service area clean, organized, and sanitized
• Restock drinks, glasses, ice, and supplies daily
• Support opening and closing duties (cleaning, checking stock, etc.)
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and restaurant rules at all times
• Share guest feedback with the manager and help improve the bar menu
Requirements
• Young professional with a smart, presentable look and positive attitude
• Previous experience in a restaurant, caf?, or bar is a plus (training provided for the right candidate)
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and handling busy times
• Honest, responsible, and able to handle cash and stock properly
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
