Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing.
Clean and restock restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas.
Empty trash bins and manage waste disposal.
Clean and maintain solar panels to ensure optimal performance (training provided if needed).
Use appropriate tools and techniques for solar panel cleaning, including working safely at heights.
Report any maintenance issues or property damage to management.
Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and equipment.
Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience preferred.
Experience or willingness to learn solar panel cleaning.
Comfortable working at heights and using ladders or access equipment.
Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Reliable and trustworthy.
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.
Valid driver’s license (preferred).
