Job Summary

The Junior Planning Engineer assists in planning, scheduling, and monitoring construction project activities to ensure timely execution in line with approved schedules and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project

Update and monitor project progress against baseline schedules

Collect daily/weekly progress data from site teams

Assist in preparing progress reports and dashboards

Support resource loading, manpower, and equipment tracking

Assist in preparing recovery plans and look-ahead schedules

Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for planning inputs

Maintain planning documents and records

Support claims, extensions of time (EOT), and delay analysis when required
