Description

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Vice President will lead business growth, financial operations, and HR functions for ADN across Bahrain locations. This role drives overall company performance, ensures operational efficiency, and supports expansion into new services like home cleaning under Daily Needs Express.

Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Leadership

Develop and execute growth strategies, including service diversification (car wash, detailing, home cleaning), partnerships, and market expansion.
Oversee daily operations, manage multiple locations, and optimize scheduling/bookings for maximum utilization.
Target 20-30% YoY revenue growth through operational excellence and new business opportunities.
Financial Management

Prepare and manage annual budgets, P&L statements, cash flow forecasts, and investment ROI analysis using Excel tools.
Monitor key metrics (revenue per car, profitability per location, cost per service) and implement cost controls.
Lead pricing strategies, supplier negotiations, and financial reporting for stakeholders.
HR & Team Development

Recruit, train, and manage 20-50 staff (cleaners, supervisors, admins), including job descriptions and performance reviews.
Design incentive programs, handle payroll/compliance (Bahrain labor laws), and foster a high-retention culture.
Oversee training for service quality (e.g., detailing techniques, customer service).
Qualifications & Skills
8+ years in business management, ideally in services/hospitality (car detailing a plus).
Strong finance skills (Excel, budgeting, ROI calculations) and HR experience (recruitment, compliance).
Bahrain residency preferred; multilingual (Arabic/English) with business development expertise.
Proven track record in scaling SMEs, with AI/tech savvy for operations (e.g., scheduling apps).
