Description

We are looking for a motivated Architect with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our team. The candidate should be capable of handling site visits, coordination, and procurement activities while supporting the design and execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors

Assist in procurement of materials, including quantity verification and supplier coordination

Prepare and review drawings, shop drawings, and basic documentation

Ensure quality control and compliance with project standards

Report site progress and issues to senior architects or project managers

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Experience in site supervision and procurement processes

Good knowledge of construction drawings and materials

Ability to communicate effectively with site teams and suppliers

Proficiency in AutoCAD (and other design software is a plus)
