CAKE DECORATER

FULL Time ( 9 working hrs + 1 hr break)

We are looking for an all -rounder cake decorater, someone who can bake sponges, prepare fillings, frost the cakes with neat n clean finish, know piping techniques etc.

Candidate Should Know :

*Daily production of sponges, cookies, muffins, brownies, cupcakes etc.

*Assembling cakes in various mediums- ganache, whipped cream
*Preparing frostings and fillings.
*Fondant work
*skills in flavour development for
new product launches

*recipes will be provided.
