Position: Retail Sales Associate (Perfume Shop)

✨ About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic individual to represent our brand, provide exceptional customer service, and drive sales. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Driving Sales: Achieving and exceeding daily and monthly sales
targets.
Customer Engagement: Greeting customers warmly, understanding their preferences, and guiding them through our collection of premium perfumes.
Product Expertise: Developing a deep knowledge of all products, their notes, and brand stories to effectively communicate value.
Store Operations: Maintaining the shop's pristine appearance, managing inventory, and ensuring a world-class shopping environment.

Who We Are Looking For-

Gender: Male
Age: Below 30 years old
Experience: Proven, successful sales experience, ideally within retail, luxury goods, or the fragrance industry.

Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A professional, polished appearance and demeanor.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Salary:
325BHD - 375BHD (According to the experience)
