Requirements

* Bahraini nationality (mandatory)

* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in perfumes or cosmetics

* Excellent communication, customer-handling, and persuasion skills

* Strong knowledge of perfume brands, fragrance notes, and product presentation

* Ability to understand customer preferences and recommend suitable fragrances

* Professional appearance with a positive and confident attitude

* Strong commitment to sales targets and customer satisfaction

* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

* Team-oriented with a proactive approach to learning and growth

Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers and provide personalized fragrance consultations

* Achieve individual and store sales targets

* Maintain attractive product displays and stock arrangement

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally

* Ensure store cleanliness and follow brand service standards
