We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Waitress to join our front-of-house team. The successful candidate will be the primary contact for our guests, responsible for providing exceptional table service and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, manage seating arrangements, and present menus clearly.
• Order Management: Take food and beverage orders accurately, using our POS system, and relay special requests or dietary needs to the kitchen.
• Service Delivery: Deliver courses promptly, check back with tables to anticipate needs (e.g., refills, additional items), and handle all guest queries efficiently.
• Upselling: Confidently recommend specials, appetizers, and desserts to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Table Maintenance: Pre-bus and bus tables efficiently, clear all crockery and glassware, and ensure tables are quickly reset for the next guests.
• Cash Handling: Process payments accurately, manage cash and credit transactions.
• Proven experience as a Waitress in a busy restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities, especially under pressure.
• A positive, professional, and friendly demeanor.
• Nepal Nationality preferred.
