We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in security services and a proven ability to manage large teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise day to day security operations.
• Manage large manpower deployments across multiple sites.
• Coordinate schedules, attendance, and shift planning.
• Handle client communication and resolve operational issues.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure service quality.
• Train, brief, and support security guards and team leaders.
• Prepare reports and follow company policies.
• Support recruitment, mobilization, and licensing tasks.

Requirements
• Previous experience as an Operations Supervisor in a security company.
• Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
• Professional communication in English.
• Fluent in Urdu and Hindi.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of security industry standards.
• Valid Bahrain driving license.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible to work different shifts when required.
