Job Summary

The All-Rounder Mason will be responsible for performing a wide range of masonry works including blockwork, plastering, tiling, concrete repairs, and general civil maintenance. The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on maintenance tasks within residential, commercial, or industrial properties.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out all types of masonry work including block laying, plastering, tiling, grouting, and concreting.

Perform civil maintenance tasks such as patch repairs, crack filling, floor screeding, and structural minor repairs.

Install and repair ceramic tiles, marble, interlock pavers, and decorative masonry finishes.

Ensure proper surface preparation before performing masonry tasks.

Mix cement, plaster, mortar, concrete, and other materials as per required ratios.

Read and follow drawings, sketches, and work instructions.

Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Assist in general maintenance activities and support other technicians when needed.

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.

Adhere to all safety guidelines and use proper PPE while working.

Requirements

Minimum 3–7 years of hands-on experience as a Mason (maintenance or construction).

Strong skills in plastering, tiling, blockwork, and concrete repair.

Ability to perform multi-skilled civil tasks.

Knowledge of mixing materials and using masonry tools safely.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good physical fitness and capability to lift materials.

Basic communication skills in English or Hindi.

Preferred

Experience working in FM companies, high-rise buildings, malls, or real estate projects.

Ability to perform minor carpentry or painting tasks (added advantage).
