The Role:
As our Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first and last point of contact for our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism.
Managing appointments using our salon software (experience with Saloni system is a bonus!).
Answering phone calls and emails efficiently and cheerfully.
Processing payments and managing retail sales.
Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area.
Supporting our stylists and ensuring smooth salon operations.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
Customer-focused and loves interacting with people.
Organized and detail-oriented, able to multitask in a busy environment.
Tech-savvy (comfortable with booking software and social media).
A team player with a positive attitude.
Previous salon or hospitality experience is a plus!
