Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations

Manage and train staff (servers, kitchen team, supervisors)

Ensure top-tier customer service

Maintain inventory and manage ordering

Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and compliance

Handle scheduling, payroll coordination, and performance reviews

Assist with marketing, promotions, and community engagement

Drive profitability through cost control and operational efficiency

Qualifications

Minimum 2–4 years of restaurant management experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant software

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused attitude
