Position Overview

The Finishing Supervisor oversees and manages all finishing works on construction sites, ensuring high-quality execution and timely completion. This includes supervising activities such as plastering, painting, tiling, carpentry, false ceiling, joinery installation, waterproofing, and other interior/exterior finishing tasks. The role ensures work follows approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
1. Site Supervision & Execution

Supervise daily finishing works and ensure proper execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

Manage trades such as painters, masons, carpenters, tilers, false ceiling technicians, and other finishing labor.

Ensure proper sequencing of finishing activities to avoid delays or rework.

Conduct inspections of completed works to ensure quality and workmanship standards.
