Description

Key Responsibilities
Project Support & Planning: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing projects; help define scope, set objectives, and allocate resources.
Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and manage project timelines/calendars.
Communication & Reporting: Serve as a central point for updates, distribute information, prepare progress reports, and escalate issues.
Documentation: Maintain project files, schedules, status reports, and other critical documents.
Budget & Risk Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, identify risks, and help implement solutions.
Team Coordination: Liaise with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
Proficiency with project management software.
