Description

Documentation & Admin: Prepare, distribute, and manage project documents (contracts, permits, RFIs, change orders), ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Scheduling & Tracking: Monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets, flagging potential delays or cost overruns to the Project Manager.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between Project Managers, site teams, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, facilitating clear communication.
Procurement Support: Assist in ordering materials and equipment, verifying specifications, and tracking deliveries.
Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items.
Reporting: Compile and present project status updates and reports for stakeholders.
Site Support: Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety/quality standards.
Financial Support: Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, ideally in construction.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with project management software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail.
